How do I purchase and book a session?

  • Click on the “Book Now” button and add it to your basket.
  • Go to checkout and add any information you want us to know to the order notes.
  • Purchase your chosen package.
  • You will receive an email confirmation.
  • To book your session, Call or email us quoting your Order Number.
  • If you have a specific date you wish to book, please contact us first to ensure availability
     

Can I bring a guest with me? 

Depending on the session booked, you can bring up to 3 guests with you to watch or share the experience.


Are there any age restrictions?

Children under the age of 12 can't participate due to the nature of the Simulator.  A parent or guardian must accompany children under the age of 18.

 

Is there step free access to the flight deck? 

Yes!  Our Simulator and briefing room is accessible by wheelchair and for those with limited mobility.

 

Can I take photos & video? 

Yes!  You are very welcome to take photos and video of your time in the simulator.

 

Do I need to have any previous flying experience? 

Regardless of your skill and experience level, our instructors are committed to delivering an enjoyable and engaging experience for everyone.

 

Can I buy a Gift Certificate with the recipients name printed on it?

Certainly! If you've already made a purchase, get in touch with us by phone or email, and we'll organize the delivery of your e-Voucher or physical gift certificate at no additional charge.

For those who haven't made a purchase yet, just include the desired name for the voucher in the notes section during checkout.

 

Does the simulator move?

Our Fixed Base A320 Simulator remains stationary throughout the session.  Despite the lack of physical movement, our state-of-the-art HD 220-degree visual system and dynamic sound environment create an immersive experience, often giving customers the sensation of actually being in flight.

 

I am a qualified pilot, will the hours flown in this sim count in my logbook?

Although our simulator is very realistic and versatile, it is not CAA approved or licensed for training use.
