1 Hour Express Pilot Package
Short on time or budget? Book for 1 hour and fly a route gate to gate but with the cruise portion cut out.
With guidance from our experienced instructors, start the aircraft up from cold and dark, taxi out and depart following the SID. Upon reaching cruise level we’ll jump forward to the top of decent. Follow the STAR or ATC instructions all the way down to approach and landing before taxiing to the gate and shutting down.
We’ll even provide full ATC interaction during the entire experience.

2 Hour Package
Perfect for a short haul route with a block time of around 60 - 75 minutes.
You’ll spend approximately 15 minutes planning your flight before entering the simulator where you’ll start powering up the aircraft and begin your preflight prep.
Depart and fly the full route, in real time, before landing and taxiing to the gate.
Choose to either connect to online ATC using your own login, or we can provide our own ATC interaction.

Perfect for a medium haul route with a block time of around 120 - 140 minutes.
Alternatively, you could fly 2 short haul routes.
On request we can even throw in some emergency situations - how would you react to a systems failure on route? Or a medical diversion? Or what if your destination airport is closed due to weather?

Virtual Type Rating
The Virtual Type Rating course is tailored to guide individuals from minimal or no experience to achieving a "Solo" status in our Airbus A320 simulator. This comprehensive 2 day course spans 8 hours of simulator training and 6 hours of ground school, covering a diverse array of crucial topics essential for piloting the Airbus A320. These topics include, but are not limited to:
Aircraft Start-up from Cold and Dark
Visual & Instrument Approaches (ILS/NDB/VOR & RNAV)
Cross Wind Landing technique
Flight Management Computer (FMC) usage
Introduction to a Multi-Crew Environment

Our seasoned instructors will be there to guide you, offering valuable tips and advice to maximize your experience during the Virtual Type Rating Course. This course is suitable for individuals passionate about flying, regardless of their level of experience or ability. It also presents a distinctive challenge for those ready to embark on the next chapter of their aviation journey.
This course can be tailored to your individual needs and is split across two days.
The Virtual Type Rating Course culminates in a commercial sector from London Heathrow to Amsterdam and the presentation of a certificate.

Pilot for a Day
The ultimate experience for any aviation enthusiast or wannabe commercial airline pilot!
Whether you’re a seasoned pilot or looking to try something new, this session is perfect for you.
Spread across an entire 8 hour “shift”, start by planning and briefing for a day of flying real world commercial airline sectors. For example you might choose to fly London to Edinburgh, Edinburgh to London, London to Paris, Paris to London.Once your briefing is over, enter the flight deck and start preparing for departure following real world airline procedures and flows. As your scheduled block time nears, start the aircraft up, taxi out and depart. You’ll fly each sector in real time and with real time weather (customisable if you wish).
Throughout the day you will be guided by one of our instructors who will be on hand to answer any questions and ensure you get the most out of the experience. Your instructor will also act as First Officer for you, creating a true multi-crew environment.We’ll supply a choice of rosters for the day, with up to 4 sectors from British Airways, easyJet, Jet Blue or American Airlines.
Alternatively you can choose your own favourite airline to fly for.
This is an intense day of activities and only suitable for people over the age of 16.

Flying FAQs

Yes of course! Be prepared for the high workload however. There will always be a simulator assistant present so you can disconnect from the Vatsim network should you need to.

Yes of course you can and we recommend this to share the workload. There are two seats (obviously) in the flight deck so you can work together on the radio and plan your flight safely.

Yes. You will need to log on to VATSIM and abide by the rules of conduct at all times.

Yes there is. We recommend you let us know your required routes beforehand so we can have the aircraft ready for your arrival.

We can flight plan to a different destination to maximise ATC coverage but as you probably already know, there is a chance that ATC will be offline. There will still be aircraft operating around you so it is recommended to make traffic calls on the correct frequency.

You have a few options here. Firstly, you can buy more time at £10 per 5 minutes to continue to operate your flight as normal. Secondly, we can disconnect from the Vatsim network and re-connect (subject to approval) enroute. Thirdly we can disconnect for the duration and fly the route without ATC or even position the aircraft elsewhere and fly a different route. We are generally very flexible and will work with you during this time to maximise your flying time.

Yes we can! There would be an extra charge of £25 per hour for the instructor however we have some incredibly experienced people on our team who would gladly assist you on the flight through some of the busiest virtual skies in the world! Please get in touch to discuss what we can offer!

On arrival you will have the aircraft, on stand, in a turn around state or cold-and-dark.
You will be given a clipboard with your ATC flight plan, fuel planning and loadsheet. Along with this you will have the latest weather given to you for the departure and arrival airport.
