What Personal Data Do We Collect?

We collect various types of personal data to provide our services and manage your interactions with 3twenty Aviation. This includes:

Personal and Contact Information: If and when you open a 3twenty Aviation account online (or update that information in your account), we collect details such as your name, address, country, email address, telephone number(s), prior flying experience, and your 3twenty Aviation account username. We may also collect some of this contact information when you interact with us via email or telephone.
Communication Details: We collect details (and copies) of your communications and interactions with us, including by email, telephone, post, and online via webchat, feedback forms, or on 3twenty Aviation social media channels.
Transaction Details: This includes a record of payments made by you and to you, details of 3twenty Aviation services or simulations booked, and the outcomes of those transactions.
Financial Information: When you make a purchase, your payment card information will be collected and processed securely by our trusted payment processor(s).
Marketing and Promotional Content Contributions: Personal and contact information, including your image, voice, footage (and any other information that identifies you) when contributing to our marketing and promotional content, when completing a contributor’s consent/release form, and in any correspondence with us about your contribution.
Form Submissions: Personal and contact information when you choose to complete a 3twenty Aviation form about any aspect of your account or our services, including for example service request forms and publicity agreements.
Website Information: Information about how you use our website, and which websites you came to the 3twenty Aviation website from.
Technical Information: Technical information about your device or browser when you use our website, including geolocation data to determine what country you are accessing our website or app from, your internet protocol (IP) address, device ID, browser type and version, and time zone setting, which may in some circumstances be personal data.
