How do I change or cancel my booking?
We understand plans may change and in order to allow customers to book with confidence, the
date and time of a booking can be changed free of charge at any time up to 48 hours before the
booking starts by using the link on the booking email or by getting in contact with our administration team using the contact form on our website or calling our office number on 01329 756274.
If you would like to cancel your booking and receive a refund or would like to change the date and
time less than 48 hours before the booking starts, we will do our best to help but cannot guarantee
we will be able to accommodate any change.
Does the simulator move?
No we are a fixed based simulator. This means it doesn’t move but don’t let that fool you. The visuals will give you the sense of movement!
Can I bring a guest?
Of course! We allow upto 4 guests on top of the person flying. There are local coffee shops and attractions should you wish to explore while the lucky one is flying.Â
How old do they need to be?
Anyone who wishes to fly the Airbus simulator must be over the age of 14. Be mindful that the simulator is a realistic flight deck and the view points from someone on the small side might be more limited. Guests attending can be younger than this when observing.Â
If the wannabe pilot is less than 14, then prior permission must be obtained from 3Twenty aviation prior by using the contact form or email address. We often have younger pilots with us but first we need to ensure they will enjoy the experience.Â
Can we take pictures?

Do you video record the flying?
Yes we offer a video package where you can take away the footage of the flying for £35. This is an optional extra at the booking stage or you can enquire before your flight starts.Â
Video recording is included in all the professional and aspiring pilots packages we offer.Â
Do I need previous experience ?
No! Our experiences are aimed and designed for everyone! for our Sim Enthusiast packages we would suggest you have some basic Flight Simulator knowledge but again this is not a requirement.Â
If you are booking the simulator as a professional pilot you would need to be a professional pilot already or in training.Â

Can I buy a gift voucher?
Yes we sell gift vouchers with a validity of 1 year. You can gift these to friends and family or use it yourself at a time that suits you.

Do you have a gift shop?
Yes we have a gift shop on site.Â
How early should I turn up?
Please arrive approximately 10 minutes prior to your start time and wait in the lobby for the instructor to come and meet you. On weekends the door could be locked so please use the intercom to let the instructor know you are waiting outside. Sometimes our sessions can over run so please bear with us and ensure you have some time afterwards to allow for this.Â
Is there car parking?
Yes there is free car parking on site but please ensure you put your car registration in the Ipad as you enter the building to register your car and prevent a fine.Â
Where are you based?
We are in Whiteley, Hampshire just minutes from the M27 motorway. There are numerous local amenities for you to enjoy before or after the flying.Â
My booking is still pending, how long until it is approved?
We need to assign an instructor to your booking which can take from 10 minutes to a few hours. Rest assured we will work hard to find you an instructor for the date and time you requested and failing that, we will speak to you about possible alternatives. Once this process is complete you will get a confirmation email explaining what happens on the day.
