How to Book your Flight or Redeem a Gift Voucher

Decide the Package you want.

Are you new to flying? an avid Simulation enthusiast ready to take your flying to the next level? or a professional pilot looking to build confidence in our fixed base flight simulator? Either way we have something for you. Make your decision and proceed to step 2.

Book now...

Do you have the perfect date in mind? Our booking system will allow you to choose a date and time to suit you. The booking will go into pending mode while our team find the right instructor and simulator operator to run your session. Once this is done you will get a confirmation email confirming your appointment.

Have a Virgin or Into the Blue voucher? or 3Twenty voucher before July 2025?

Select the ‘3rd Party Voucher’
Choose the Voucher you hold from the correct company
Move on and select your requested date and time

Have a Gift Voucher Purchased from 3Twenty Aviation from July 2025?

Select the Product title found on your gift card
Select the Date and time you wish to book
Move to the ‘Checkout page’
Click ‘Enter Your Coupon Code’ and enter the voucher code found on your voucher.
This will place the value to £0 for you to go ahead and book.

How to Purchase a Gift Voucher

How do you want it?

You can choose to have the voucher sent directly to the lucky recipient instantly. The Voucher will always be sent to yourself should you wish to print it and gift it personally. The email in the recipient email box will have the voucher emailed to instantly. Make sure it is correct!

Complete the purchase

Go through the checkout process and complete the payment. You will then receive and email confirming your order followed closely by an email confirming the voucher has been created and processed.

What next?

Now you have the Gift Voucher. The Code will be valid for one year from purchase and your recipient can book any time they wish.
